Linda Eaton - Buyer's Agent


Before starting her career in Real Estate, Linda spent several years in Finance working with major corporations such as IBM, Avon, and Nestle. She has years of experience in corporate training and change implementation, so she understands, as a Buyer's Agent, the importance of good communication, attention to detail and the need to help buyers through each step of the home buying process. Her focus is always on the client, making sure they have everything they need to ensure a successful transaction from start to finish.


Linda also handles the escrows - managing the paperwork, inspections and deadlines throughout the escrow period. She also oversees all of the marketing activities, creating the advertising and marketing copy seen in local papers, on the internet, and in the newsletter that reaches over 5,000 homes each month.


One of the unique services we provide to our clients is help with staging a home to make it ready to sell. Linda will work with each client to provide and oversee contractors, oversee de-cluttering and clean up activities, and will shop for just the right accessories to finish a room.


Linda has lived in the Foothills for the past 16 years. When she's not selling real estate, you might see her supporting fundraisers for local charities or helping out at her children's schools.
